Lorraine's Apple Strudel
Lorraine'S Apple Strudel is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 eggs and 1 1/2 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix dry ingredients and add margarine.
Blend well.
Add eggs and mix well.
Spread all but one cup in the pan.
Use a wet spoon and push in place.
Place apples in rows on the dough, not too many (makes the dough soggy). Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Form the last dough and rub between hands over the apples.
Bake at 350Β° until the apples are soft, about 30 to 40 minutes.
