Lorine Little's Rolls

Pour boiling water over shortening, sugar and salt in a small mixing shortening are dissolved. Cool.

Meanwhile, a large bowl, let yeast with lukewarm water stand 5 minutes, then and pour mixture into the large bowl with yeast.

2 1/2 cups flour and mix by hand. Cover and place in refrigerator at least 4 hours.
(Dough will keep for days.) Shape rolls and let rise for 1 hour.
