Lola's Pepper Jelly
Lola'S Pepper Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 6 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. white vinegar, 1 c. chopped green bell peppers and 1 bottle certo fruit pectin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Dissolve sugar in vinegar in a saucepan.
Bring mixture to a boil
Certo.
Mixture set for 10 minutes before pouring may use your choice of food coloring for color. Add after the Certo.
If you like it hot, add 1/4 cup red hot peppers.
