Lois' Raspberry Biscuits
Lois' Raspberry Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can flaky refrigerator biscuits (10 to a can), 1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon and 1 small jar raspberry preserves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Mix cinnamon and sugar together. Separate biscuits and cut each one in half horizontally.
Dip each half in melted butter on both sides and then in cinnamon-sugar mix.
Place half a biscuit in lightly greased muffin cups or on a cookie sheet.
Place 1/2 teaspoon preserves in the center of each and cover with other biscuit half.
