Rinse and drain beans for at least 2 hours.

Mix relish, horseradish and garlic in a large bowl, after pressing garlic; add the pieces that are left in the press.

Add beans and mayonnaise to mix.

Mix all and refrigerate in small containers.

Take them out as you need them as the longer it is out of the fridge the colder the horseradish gets.

Serve with saltines.
