Lobster Pie(Microwave) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) baked pie crust, 1 1/2 c. cooked and drained lobster pieces, 1/3 c. chopped green pepper, 1 c. shredded swiss or cheddar cheese and 3 eggs, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Lightly mix lobster pieces, green pepper, cheese, eggs, light cream and salt in medium bowl.
Pour filling into 9-inch baked pie crust.
Sprinkle with paprika.

Turn 1/4 turn halfway through cooking time.
