Loaf Bread or Rolls
Loaf Bread Or Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. lukewarm water, 1 pkg. rapidrise yeast, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 c. oil (canola) and 2 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix together the first 3 ingredients and let set while mixing the other ingredients.
Beat eggs; add oil, water, sugar and salt. Add yeast mixture.
Add 4 cups flour and mix with mixer.
Then add rest by hand.
Let rise; knead down.
Put in pans to rise again. Makes 3 loaves or 2 loaves and 10 to 12 rolls.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes (less for rolls).
Can put in fridge before first rising and use as needed.
Will keep about a week.
