Loaf Bread
Loaf Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, scalded, 3 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. salt, 1/2 c. sugar and 3 eggs, well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Add butter, salt and sugar to milk.
Add eggs and yeast dissolved in warm water.
Add flour to this mixture.
Turn out and knead while adding more flour.
Let rise until double in size. Punch down and knead to remove air bubbles.
Divide into 3 loaves. Put in well-greased loaf pans.
Let rise again until double in size.
Bake at 350Β° until brown, 35 to 40 minutes.
