Lo Mein Salad
Lo Mein Salad is an impressive salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 18 minutes. Made with . thin spaghetti, cooked al dente, coarsely chopped garlic, . chinese sesame oil, . soy sauce and . mild taco sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Bring all liquid ingredients and garlic to a boil.
Toss with warm rinsed spaghetti.
Fold in sesame seed.
Chill 24 hours. Before serving, add scallions, lightly steamed broccoli, mushrooms and snow peas.
(You can lightly saute these in corn oil if you prefer.)
