Lo-Fat Lemon Chicken
Lo-Fat Lemon Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts or thighs, 1/2 to 3/4 c. nonfat lemon yogurt, 1/2 tsp. ground ginger, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and 1/2 to 3/4 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Dip each piece of chicken in a mixture of yogurt, ginger and garlic powder.
Then coat lightly with bread crumbs.
Place in a single layer in a non-stick baking pan.
Bate at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender and coating is crisp.
