Lo-Cal Meat Loaf
Lo-Cal Meat Loaf is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 1/2 lb. lean hamburger, 1 onion, finely chopped, 1/2 c. finely chopped celery and 1/4 c. chopped dill pickle, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place eggs, hamburger, onion, celery, dill pickle, parsley, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and 1 can tomato sauce in bowl; mix well.
Shape into loaf and place in shallow baking pan.
Mix remaining 1 can of tomato sauce, mustard, vinegar and honey in bowl.
Pour over loaf.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 1 hour or until done.
