Lo-Cal Cookies
Lo-Cal Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, 1/2 tsp. cloves and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Sift together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and baking soda in large bowl.
Mix together margarine, sweetener and egg.
Mix dry ingredients with applesauce.
Fold in Bran buds, raisins and nuts.
Mix thoroughly.
Drop onto greased cookie sheet by tablespoon.
Lightly flatten with fork (dipped in milk).
Bake 7 to 8 minutes.
Yields 3 dozen.
