Liver "Bait" For Dogs is an easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. pork liver, 1/4 c. salt, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1 heaping tbsp. garlic powder and 1 tbsp. thyme, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put liver and 1/4 cup salt in pot.
Cover with water and soak for 5 to 10 minutes to remove blood.
Drain and rinse 2 or 3 times.
Place liver in cooking pot.
Cover with water.
Add olive oil, garlic powder and thyme.
Bring to boil and boil for 20 minutes.
Remove from pot and drain.
Freeze or store in refrigerator until needed.
