Split one English muffin and toast on medium toaster setting. Top each muffin half with 1 tablespoon pizza sauce and 1 tablespoon of cheese.
Put microwavable paper towel on microwavable dinner plate or paper plate.
Put muffin halves on paper towel.
Microwave uncovered on High for 30 to 45 seconds until cheese is melted. Cool about 2 minutes before eating.
