Little Chicken Pies
Little Chicken Pies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chicken, cooked, 3/4 c. cheddar cheese, 1 c. mixed vegetables, 8 oz. crescent dinner rolls and 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup (reserve 1/2), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In medium bowl, combine chicken, shredded cheese, vegetables, soup and onion; mix well.
Separate crescent dough into 4 triangles; press to seal.
Spoon about 1/2 cup chicken mixture on one half of rectangle.
Bring remaining half of rectangle over meat mixture and press edges with fork to seal.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400Β° for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
