Little Cheesecakes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs, vanilla wafers and pie filling (your choice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy.
Add eggs; beat again.
Put cupcake papers into cupcake pan.
Place one vanilla wafer in bottom of each paper.
Top with large tablespoon of filling.
Bake 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Top each cheesecake with the pie filling of your choice.
Chill completely.
