Lite Granny's Chocolate Cake
Lite Granny'S Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 c. cocoa powder, 2 c. granulated sugar, 2 tsp. baking soda and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In large mixing bowl, sift together flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
In medium bowl, stir together milk, prunes, vanilla, egg whites or egg substitutes and coffee.
Pour moist ingredients into dry ingredients, blending well.
Pour into 2 (9-inch) round baking pans.
Bake at 350Β° between 30 to 35 minutes until center tests done with wooden pick. Frost cake or just dust with powdered sugar.
