Lite Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
Lite Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. rice krispies, 4 t. reduced fat peanut butter, 1 1/2 t. brown sugar substitute, 2 small packages instant sugar free chocolate pudding mix and 3 c. skim milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Spray pie pan with nonfat nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
Mix the first three ingredients well and press into the bottom and up the sides of the pie pan.
Set aside. Mix the pudding mixes and milk until thick.
Pour into pie crust.
Chill and top with cool whip.
