Lisa's Pork Chops
Lisa'S Pork Chops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6-8 (1/2-inch) boneless pork chops, 1/4 tsp. onion powder per chop, salt and pepper to taste, 1 (10 3/4-oz.) can golden mushroom soup and 1 tbsp. olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Grease a 9X13-inch casserole dish.
Place pork chops in dish.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle each chop with onion powder, drizzle olive oil over chops.
