Lisa's Pork Chop Casserole
Lisa'S Pork Chop Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 or 5 pork chops, 1 can water, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 c. rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Salt and pepper chops to taste.
Put rice in bottom of baking dish.
Mix soups and water.
Pour over rice.
Melt butter. Dip chops in butter, then roll in Ritz crackers.
Lay on top of rice mixture. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
