Linguini with Salmon Sauce
Linguini With Salmon Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. linguini, 1/4 lb. unsalted butter, 1 c. petite peas, 1 c. heavy cream and 2 c. flaked, cooked salmon (preferably fresh), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cook linguini in boiling water; drain.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in heavy saucepan.
Add peas and saute for 1 minute.
Add remaining butter and cream; reduce heat to low and cook until butter melts.
Add salmon, 1/2 cup cheese and spices.
Simmer until cheese melts and salmon is heated through.
Toss with cooked pasta and garnish with remaining cheese and parsley.
