Linguine with Cauliflower
Linguine With Cauliflower is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head cauliflower, cut in pieces, 1 onion, chopped, 1 small can flat anchovies, salt and pepper and 1 small bag saffron (for color), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Parboil cauliflower; drain and set aside.
Do not discard water.
In separate pan, saute onion.
Add anchovies.
Cook until anchovies melt.
Add raisins, nuts, cooked cauliflower, saffron and just enough water to cover vegetables.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes (use water that cauliflower was cooked in).
Mix cauliflower with linguine.
Add Romano cheese.
