Linguine Casserole
Linguine Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. linguine, 2 tbsp. margarine, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook linguine according to package.
Melt margarine in medium saucepan over low.
Add flour and salt, stirring; add milk.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Boil for 1 minute.
Add liquid from mushrooms, water and cube.
Cook, stirring constantly, until bubbly and slightly thick.
Add 2 cups sauce and mushrooms to linguine; toss until well mixed.
Spread in 13 x 9-inch pan.
