Linguica Puffs
Linguica Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. linguica, 1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese, 3 c. bisquick and 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Remove casing from linguica.
Cook in large skillet, breaking up with fork.
Drain off fat.
Put into large bowl and cool completely.
Mix in rest of ingredients with fork until blended. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on large cookie sheet 2-inches apart.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes, until puffed and lightly browned.
