Linda's Lasagna
Linda'S Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/4 c. chopped celery, 1 chopped onion, 1 mashed garlic clove or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook celery, onion and garlic in butter.
Add beef, tomatoes and seasonings and cook slowly for 20 minutes.
Cook lasagna in boiling salted water until tender.
Drain.
Arrange layers in greased baking dish: first, a layer of noodles, then sauce, then alternating layers of cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
Add remaining noodles and sauce.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
