Linda's Chinese Spareribs
Linda'S Chinese Spareribs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. ribs, cut into twos, 6 tbsp. soy sauce, 6 tbsp. honey, 6 tbsp. vinegar and 1 slice ginger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix all ingredients except ribs in a large pot.
Cut ribs in twos and add to mixture.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
Keep basting and moving ribs around so they get coated, but don't stick to bottom of pot.
When mixture thickens (in about 1 hour), remove ribs from mixture and bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 350Β° or broil each side or barbecue to dry them out.
Cut and serve.
