Lina's Frosted Braunschweiger
Lina'S Frosted Braunschweiger is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. braunschweiger, 2 tbsp. ketchup, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise and 3 or 4 oz. pkg. cream cheese (room temperature), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix together thoroughly, braunschweiger, ketchup and mayonnaise.
Form into loaf with damp hands as it will stick. Chill for 1 hour.
Frost with softened cream cheese (Philadelphia).
Cream cheese should be frosting consistency; thin with mayonnaise.
Serve with any type cracker.
Makes 20 (1 ounce) servings.
Very good to serve for weddings.
