Lime Salad
Lime Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. lime jell-o, 1 medium can crushed pineapple, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 c. pecans, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Dissolve Jell-O as directed on package.
Add pineapple and cool until half jelled.
Whip with hand mixer; add cream cheese. Beat until fairly smooth.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into mold.
Chill until firm.
