Over low heat mix marshmallows and milk.
Stir until marshmallows are melted.
Pour over lime jello.
Stir until jello is dissolved.
Stir in cream cheese (softened).
Mix until dissolved.
Add crushed pineapple.
Chill all ingredients before adding Dream Whip.
Chill well before serving.
