Lime Jello Salad
Lime Jello Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello, 1 c. boiling water, 1 c. miniature marshmallows, 1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine jello and marshmallows.
Add boiling water and cream cheese.
Mix well.
Have cream cheese softened to room temperature.
Add pineapple and lemon juice. Mix and refrigerate until partially set.
Remove and stir in whipped cream and nuts. Return to refrigerator and chill until firm.
