Chill evaporated milk overnight.

Dissolve jello in boiling water.

When mixture congeals, stir in 1/2 cup of sugar. Whip until fluffy.

In a large bowl, whip chilled evaporated milk, lemon juice and rind.

Add gelatin mixture. Beat thoroughly until fluffy.

Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle with mixture of 5 to 6 graham crackers mixed with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
