Lime Gelatin Salad
Lime Gelatin Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small box lime gelatin (large box if doubling), 1 c. boiling water, 1/8 c. sugar, 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained and 1 c. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix gelatin, sugar, salt, marshmallows and lemon juice in boiling water.
Chill until thick.
Add cottage cheese, Cool Whip, pineapple and nuts.
