Lime Congealed Salad
Lime Congealed Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 16 minutes. Made with large can crushed pineapple, large lime jello, large can pet milk, chilled overnight, c. grated cheese and c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Drain pineapple; grate cheese.
Add cheese to juice and bring almost to boiling.
Take off stove and cool.
While that is cooling, whip milk in large bowl until peaks form.
Mix dry jello and pineapple together.
Add cheese/juice mixture, mayonnaise and whipped milk and nuts.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish.
Chill.
