Lima-Corn Bake
Lima-Corn Bake is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 52 minutes. Made with (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans, thawed, or fresh, (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn niblets, thawed, or fresh, small tomatoes, thin sliced, small onion, thin sliced and garlic, crushed (more if you like), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Place 1/2 the lima beans in bottom of nonstick baking pan. Top with a layer of corn, then top the corn with 1/2 of the tomato slices, the onion and garlic.
Top with another layer of lima beans and corn; end with tomato slices.
Pour tomato juice over all.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
