Lima Bean Casserole
Lima Bean Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 soup can milk, 1 small jar, sliced pimento and 8 oz. shredded cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook beans according to package directions; drain.
Combine soup, milk (undrained), pimento and cheese in saucepan.
Cook over low heat until cheese melts.
Layer beans, then soup mixture 1/2 at a time in buttered baking dish.
Top with cracker crumbs.
Dot with butter.
