Light 'n Fruity Pie
Light 'N Fruity Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello (any flavor), 2/3 c. boiling water, 2 c. ice cubes, 1 baked 8 or 9-inch graham cracker crust and 1 (8 oz.) container cool whip, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water, stirring 3 minutes.
Add ice cubes; stir constantly until gelatin is thickened, about 2 or 3 minutes.
Remove any unmelted ice.
Using a wire whip, blend in whipped topping, then whip until smooth. Chill if necessary, until mixture will mound.
Spoon into pie crust.
Chill 2 hours.
Garnish with fruit, if desired.
