Light n' Fruity Pie
Light N' Fruity Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. jell-o brand gelatin (any flavor), 2/3 c. boiling water, 2 c. ice cubes, 1 (8 oz.) container cool whip, thawed and fruit (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water, stirring about 3 minutes.
Add ice cubes and stir until gelatin is thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove any unmelted ice.
Using wire whisk, blend in Cool Whip; then whip until smooth.
Fold in fruit, if desired. Chill, if necessary, until mixture will mound.
Spoon into crust. Chill 3 hours.
