Light Lasagna
Light Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. extra lean ground beef, 4 c. spaghetti sauce, 1/2 box cooked lasagna noodles, 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese and 3/4 c. shredded part skim milk mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Prepare noodles according to package directions.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Brown ground beef and drain well.
Add spaghetti sauce. Bring to boil.
Remove from heat.
In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer sauce, noodles, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers, ending with sauce.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Cover dish with foil and bake for
1 hour.
Let stand for 5 or 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
