Light and Easy Cheese Cake
Light And Easy Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese, 1 c. sugar, juice of 1 lemon, graham cracker crumbs and 1 small pkg. lemon jello with 1 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream the sugar and cream cheese until fluffy.
Add lemon juice.
Mix the lemon jello and 1 cup boiling water.
Set aside and let cool until syrupy.
Then add to cream cheese.
Fold in the whipped canned milk into the mixture.
Put layer of graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of a 9 x 15-inch Pyrex dish.
Spoon mixture onto this.
Top with more crumbs.
Chill well before serving.
