Light And Easy Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 4 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. crisco and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix together dry ingredients.
Use pastry blender to blend in Crisco.
Add milk.
Mix well.
Roll on floured board about 1/2-inch thick.
Cut out and bake at 350Β° until lightly browned. Makes 10 to 12, according to cutter size.
