Libby's Cranberry-Pumpkin Bread
Libby'S Cranberry-Pumpkin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 slightly beaten eggs, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. oil, 1 c. solid packed pumpkin and 2 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine eggs, sugar, pumpkin; well. Combine flour, pie spice, soda and salt in a large bowl; make well in center.
Pumpkin mixture well; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
