Lib's Fudge
Lib'S Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 box xxxx powdered sugar, 1 c. cocoa, 1 lb. butter, 1 lb. velveeta cheese and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt cheese and butter.
Pour into powdered sugar and cocoa and mix well.
Add 1 Tbsp. vanilla and chopped nuts.
Pour into two 13 X 9 inch buttered pans.
Pat down and refrigerate.
Freezes well.
