Lettuce-Cauliflower Salad
Lettuce-Cauliflower Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, 1 head cauliflower, 1 large red onion, 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Wash and drain lettuce and cauliflower.
Chop and line bottom of large bowl with lettuce.
Add layer of chopped (bite-size) cauliflower.
Add layer of thinly sliced onion.
Crumble crisp bacon over onion.
Spread mayonnaise over all like icing. Sprinkle with sugar, then cheese.
Cover bowl and chill for 4 to 5 hours or overnight.
Toss together before serving.
