Leslie'S Beef Brisket is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 lb.) beef brisket, salt, pepper and garlic powder, 1 (12 oz.) can beer, 1 pkg. dry onion soup and 1 small can whole cranberry sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put beef brisket in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
In a separate bowl, mix beer, onion soup and cranberry sauce.
Pour over beef brisket. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake at 350Β° for 2 hours.
Serve with mushroom rice.
