Lemony Fruit Dressing
Lemony Fruit Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. shredded lemon peel, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1/2 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a 1-quart saucepan, combine sugar and flour.
Stir in lemon peel, juice, egg and marshmallows.
Cook and stir over low heat until mixture thickens slightly and marshmallows melt.
Cool. Fold in mayonnaise.
Cover and chill.
Serve with fruit salads or use as a dip for fresh or canned fruits.
