Lemonade Watermelon Punch
Lemonade Watermelon Punch is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large watermelon (25 lb.), 1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed, 2 c. water, 1/4 c. grenadine syrup and 1 to 2 (32 oz.) bottles (8 to 16 c.) lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cut a slice of watermelon from the bottom in order to sit flat. Cut 1/3 off the top of melon.
Remove pulp and separate from seeds; purΓ©e in blender.
Replace pureed melon (about 12 cups); stir in lemonade, water and grenadine.
Add lemon-lime beverage just before serving.
