Lemonade Drops
Lemonade Drops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. chopped pecans and additional sugar for topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and beat smooth.
Sift flour and soda together.
Add to butter mixture.
Alternately add half of lemonade concentrate.
Fold in nuts.
Drop by tablespoon about 1 1/2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove to cooling rack.
Lightly brush warm cookies with remaining lemonade concentrate and sprinkle lightly with sugar.
