Lemonade Drop Cookies
Lemonade Drop Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 1 c. honey, 2 eggs, 2 c. flour and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In large mixing bowl, cream butter.
Continue creaming while slowly adding honey in a fine stream.
Add eggs and beat until light and fluffy.
Sift together flour and soda.
Add alternately to creamed mixture along with 1/3 cup thawed lemonade.
(Dough is soft.)
Chill for 1 hour.
Drop dough from teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
Brush hot cookies with remaining lemonade concentrate. Makes about 5 dozen.
