Lemonade Concentrate is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sugar (approximately 4 c.), rind of 4 lemons, peeled with potato peeler, juice of 4 lemons (the juicier the better), 1 oz. tartaric acid (approximately 3 tbsp. from pharmacy) and boiled water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
