Lemon Yum Yum
Lemon Yum Yum is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 c. coconut and 3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix melted oleo to flour; add pecans and spread into 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
Mix 1/2 the Cool Whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Spread half on top of crust.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup coconut and 1/4 cup pecans over mixture.
Mix pudding with milk and stir until thick.
Spread over coconut and nuts.
Top with remaining Cool Whip, coconut and nuts.
Chill before serving.
